Great location in central Phuket Town. Exceptional staff; very polite and professional.

We learned mattresses in much of Thailand are not as soft as found in the US. This hotel's bed was much more comfortable than others' we experienced, so no complaints (just an observation).

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff; clean, spacious and comfortable room; great Phuket Town location by many excellent restaurants and public transportation; hotel has lots of charm and character.

The room we had downstairs had a ceiling skylight that couldn't be turned off unless you took out the key from the wall that controlled the power in the room. If we took the key out, it would have turned off the air conditioning so we just dealt with li

everything was as expected

It was a good part of Old Phuket town so we could go around some places without booking a cab and the room was pretty comfy as well. Just that we were there for only one night so we couldnt really explore much around, the monkey hill which is closeby is what we missed on seeing.

The free breakfast that was included with our stay, the lady said we can get onlly limited food and we didnt like that we were limited on eating though it was all included in the price we paid.

Location was great close to all the restaurants and shops. Stayed during the Sunday market so it was very busy.

The elevator wasn’t working so we had to do a lot of stair climbing to get to our room. They have a pool but not that inviting.

This was a peaceful oasis in a bustling city. The location is in the heart of old town but our room was quiet and the staff were very kind. We only had 2 nights here and certainly would have enjoyed an even longer stay. We highly recommend it when traveling to Old Town Phuket!

Great location

Bed was super hard and so were the pillows. I had a room at the pool side where the curtains hang about 10cm in front of the window. A lot of light comes in.

Great location and staff. The rooms with a balcony were entertaining but loud. Amazingly the room wasn’t too loud but not for light sleepers.

It was convenient and exceeded expectations. The staff warned us that is might be noisy but it wasn’t until the morning when the Vegetarian festival started on the street in front of the hotel. That was and unexpected and thrilling sight.

Everything was good. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Great pickup ride from the airport.

The location of the hotel is smack in the middle of the Phuket old town. Lots of places to eat and visit from the Hotel. A very active night life around this area. Great selection of food and access.

A brilliant boutique colonial design. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was soft. Hotel has the best location in Old Town Phuket, specially Sunday night market. Staffs were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were really happy and joyful to stay at the hotel.

A cute hotel located in the heart of all the scene. Steps away from many restaurants, shopping, laundry, massage places. We booked a room which was like a mini apartment. It had two bedrooms, one bath, a living room with TV along with microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. Western Breakfast was ordered each morning from a menu card and it was hosted downstairs in a garden area. There is a small pool on the terrace that we did utilize. WI-FI was fine, we were awarded plenty of access.The staff at this place is incredible, the place is run by all women which I totally love. We had an issue with the hot water and the ladies came right up with the ladder and fixed the issue. Everyone was always smiling and they loved my children . There is a bit of a language barrier but we managed to communicate fine by using Google Translate. They helped arrange tours and airport service for us which made things really easy.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved but other than that everything was great.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Next to all the restaurants, shops and Sunday market.Staff are super nice and loved playing with our baby and even gave us treats for him.Every request was answered with a big smile and good attitude. 100% would recommend

They have an elevator just for luggage which is convenient but also inconvenient to climb all the stairs. Also the balcony room gets a lot of noise from the bars at night. We mentioned it to the staff and we were quickly moved to a quiet room.

Very nice colonial style building with very friendly welcome and helpful staff, We can recommend.
